Taos Ski Valley keeps new skiers coming back for more

Taos Ski Valley, NM – While Taos has earned its reputation as a haven for advanced skiers, there is no better place to learn to ski. The Yellowbird Beginner package includes 4 1/2 hours of lessons, rentals (skis, boots & poles) and beginner lift ticket. Lessons begin at 9:45 AM with a break for lunch. The lessons end between 3:00 PM and 3:30 PM. At $70 for one day and $105 for a two day program, the value is unbeatable.

Now Taos offers added benefits to keep new skiers coming back for more. The Yellowbird Guarantee allows beginners who participated in the 2 day program to learn with the Ernie Blake Ski School until they are able to ski Whitefeather from the top of Lift 1.

Another benefit for new skiers is a free Taos Card for all Yellowbird two day participants at the end of the program. The Taos Card saves skiers $10 per day and every seventh day is free. The discount card also saves $10 off nightly lodging accommodations and every 7th night free. All you need to activate the Taos Card is a valid credit card.
