New Luxury Codos Opening in 2005

Scheduled to be finished by the New Year, the OZ Architecture-designed Edelweiss Lodge and Spa located in a prime central location right on the slopes and close to the Village of Taos Ski Valley will offer luxury ski-in ski-out accommodations, an on the hill bistro and bar, Spa and exercise facilities, a new ski shop and underground parking The

Edelweiss consists of 31 condo units with one, two and three bedrooms. All units have private balconies, fire places, full kitchen amenities as well as high-speed Internet access. The Spa will offer massages, two outdoor hot tubs overlooking the river, yoga classes and cardiovascular and weight training equipment. The luxurious dinning room and open-air plaza will offer a new Bistro menu. There will also be a cozy bar and coffee shop both easily accessible from the slopes. For kids the Edelweiss will have a game room and nightly movies.

The Edelweiss reconstruction is the first major building project in Taos Ski Valley in the past ten years and has been the start of a boom in construction all around the Valley.
